Room was clean and comfortable, Restaurant food was excellent. WiFi was good as well. Service technicians for the TV came and helped as well as they could. Having Starbucks in the hotel was an added bonus. The downtown location was close to the train station, other restaurants, and the art museum.

The Marriott Downtown hotel was very clean and the location could not have been better! The staff was was friendly and helpful. It was just a short walk to Arch Street Tavern, the reason for our the visit to Hartford! The bed was was very comfortable and the ample amenities did not disappoint!

Rooms was clean and staff was friendly. L bar in lobby was great. Sandy our bar tender Friday/Saturday was awesome. Loved her!!!!

this is my second stay at this hotel, very comfortable and easy access to the convention center next door. as well having a Starbucks coffee shop in the hotel too. Will stay again every time I visit.

Loved the location of the hotel. It is located directly behind the event I was attending that weekend so it made my travel to and from the hotel in the rain much easier. I loved how clean everything was and the bathroom lighting too!
